Energy Medicine, inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine, works with the 5 Rhythms — Water, Wood, Fire, Earth, and Metal — associated with organs, seasons of the year, and emotions. These rhythms influence and shape all of our energetic systems, as well as physical, mental, and emotional aspects.
